Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

• To cancel, email care@maikekisandook.com with your order number.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please use our Returns & Exchange process instead.
• Made-to-order and customised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
