1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a dispatch notification with a tracking number once it has been shipped.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship to all states and union territories within India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

•       Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

•       Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

•       Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest offers.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at maikekisandook@gmail.com.

 

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Maike Ki Sandook is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maikekisandook@gmail.com. In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. A replacement or refund will be offered subject to investigation findings.
